Certosino Val D'Ema Liquer Verde is our signature green liqueur made of more than 120 herbs and spices.  The flavor profile is intensely herbaceous with primary notes of thyme, rosemary, and tarragon atop a complex melange underpinned by angelica, gentian, wormwood, orris, rhubarb, aloe, saffron, myrrh, orris, orange zest, anise, mace, cinnamon, cardamom, honey, rose pedals, and limousin oak cask.

This combination of garden herbs, trade spices, citrus, floral, bitter and sweet flavors is remarkable and a perfect ingredient for your Bijou, Champs-Elysees, or Last Word cocktail.
  Certosino Val D'Ema Verde Liqueur

We offer approximately 1,500 bottles of aged liqueur - Invecchamento Eccezionalmente Prolungato (I.E.P.) - once per year during the autumn.  

Certosino Val D'Ema Giallo (Yellow) is temporarily out of stock due to the shortage of one specific, but key, ingredient however it should be available in late 2026.

Ciliegie Al Liquore

Our most recent product addition are premium Italian cocktail cherries, marasca as well as amarena, soaked in cherry liqueur.  The product is classified as a liqueur although it contains fruit, meaning that it is only sold by establishments with a liquor permit.  Complex in flavor with a slightly firm texture, these are signature cherries for which Italy is famous and a perfect way to garnish your Last Word.


All of our products contain no artificial colors or flavors, are non-GMO and gluten free.
