Liquore Di Gran Lusso

Certosino Val D'Ema Liquer Verde is made of more than 130 herbs and spices. The flavor profile is intensely herbaceous with primary notes of thyme, rosemary, and tarragon atop a complex melange underpinned by angelica, gentian, wormwood, orris, rhubarb, aloe, saffron, myrrh, orris, orange zest, anise, mace, cinnamon, cardamom, honey, rose pedals, and limousin oak cask.

This combination of garden herbs, trade spices, citrus, floral, mineral, bitter and sweet flavors is remarkable and a perfect ingredient for your Bijou, Champs-Elysees, or Last Word cocktail.

Approximately 1,500 bottles of aged liqueur - Invecchamento Eccezionalmente Prolungato (I.E.P.) - are released once per year during the autumn.

Certosino Val D'Ema Giallo (Yellow) is temporarily unavailable due to the shortage of a key ingredient, however it should be available in late 2026.
